Guildford

Guildford is a very affluent town located 33 miles to the south west of London, and ranked 17th in the national retail rankings of UK. Trains to Guildford are frequent and run to London Waterloo in 38 minutes. The prime pitch in Guildford is the pedestrianised section of the High Street, with North Street being a more secondary pitch. The links between Market Street and North Street – Swan Lane, Angel Gate and Market Street are strong locations for smaller space occupiers. The Friary Centre is located at the western end of the High Street and contains many mass market brands. Due to the strong demand from retailers for stores in Guildford and the restricted supply of large premises on the High Street, premiums are often very large.
