A northeastern lagoon city continually threatened by water, Venice is a lively city thanks both to the cheerful nature of its inhabitants and the multitudes of visiting tourists, not to mention the many monuments worth the visit. The heart of the city is Piazza San Marco. All the streets referred to as “calle” emanate from here and accommodate many luxury and non-luxury stores. Up to Ponte di Rialto, the commercial offering refers only to the city centre area. Accessible via an international airport, the city centre area can only be reached by boat. Apart from the water-bound city centre area, the commercial area covers the terra firma of Mestre and its outskirts. In addition to pedestrian streets, city centre Mestre offers the “Le Barche” shopping centre on 8 levels, led by the COIN company. It opened in 1996 and has a commercial surface area (GLA) of 12,600 m2. The Valecenter and Auchan shopping centres are also worthy of note.
Città situata nel Nord-Est, città lagunare minacciata continuamente dall'acqua, città viva sia per l'allegria dei suoi abitanti sia per la molteplicità dei turisti che la vengono a visitare, nonché per la presenza di monumenti tutti da visitare. Il cuore della città è Piazza S. Marco dalla quale partono tutte le vie chiamate "calle" dove sono presenti molte insegne commerciali del lusso e non. Fino ad arrivare al Ponte di Rialto l'offerta commerciale è riferita solo al centro città. Colegata da un aeroporto internazionale la si raggiunge solamente in barca. Oltre al centro città lagunare la zona commerciale si estende sulla terraferma di Mestre e relativa periferia. Il centro città di Mestre propone oltre alle vie pedonali il C/C "LE BARCHE" su 8 diversi livelli e promosso dalla società COIN. Aperto nel 1996 conta una superficie commerciale (GLA) di 12.600 mq. Di rilievo sono anche il C/C Valecenter e il C/C Auchan.
