Malaga

This is Andalusia''s second-largest town after Seville. Located on the shores of the Mediterranean, with an exceptional climate all year long, it''s the main touristic spot of the country. Both the economic and commercial centre of the city are concentrated in the Malaga''s historic area. The main commercial streets are a semi-pedestrian (Calle Larios) and a pedestrian one (Calle Nueva) linked by Calle Liborio Martin also pedestrian. Unfortunatly, although the demand is very high the commercial offer is mainly low range with high prices. The construction of a light metro network began in 2004.
Es la segunda ciudad de Andalucía después de Sevilla. Al lado del mar Mediterráneo con un clima excepcional todo el año, es el principal centro turístico del país. El centro económico y comercial se encuentra en el casco antiguo de la ciudad. Asimismo cuenta con una calle mixta peatonal y con tráfico rodado y otra calle exclusivamente peatonal. Es el caso de las calles Larios y Nueva unidas por la calle Liborio Martin, también peatonal. Afortunadamente, debido a una oferta muy baja en contraposición a una demanda muy importante, los precios son muy elevados.
