Apsys has been chosen to develop an entertainment project in the fourth part of La Cité des Sciences et de l'Industrie. Villette Perspective will be anchored by a 16 Pathé cinema multiplex and 4 medium-sized stores. The project was authorized by local authorities in March 2008.
