Project of restructuration of a 16-ha urban district located between the train station and the Orne river, initiated by the City of Caen. It will include a shopping centre (17.650 sqm GLA) with 10 medium-sized stores completed a 10-screen Pathé cinema on 8.000 sqm . Apsys (in collaboration with Eiffage, Safaur and DLD) has been chosen to be the developer of the project . The project was authorized by local authorities (CDEC) in June 2008 and was awarded building permit in March 2010.
