Multi-used project located opposite to the university campus, on a 15 hectare former industrial site (three industrial buildings to be renovated). It will include retail, leasure (including a 5-screen cinema and a UCPA club) and restaurants on two levels. Apsys was selected among three competitors by the municipality in May 2007 to develop this project. It is located along the same avenue than Ikea, Castorama (ZAC du Grésivaudan) and close to the Geant Saint Martin d'Hères. Administrative authorizations awarded by local authorities in July 2011.
