The multifunctional MUNDO centre is to be built in the centre of one of the biggest and most affluent districts of Budapest – Zuglo. The MUNDO complex will combine retail, entertainment, service, office and leisure functions. Architecture of the new centre harmoniously and suitably emphasizes each of the functions of the project. The total area of the first stage of MUNDO centre will amount to approx. 110,000 sqm whereas its GLA will be 40,000 sqm. There will be approx. 170 shops in the complex and customers will have approx. 1,550 parking spaces at their disposal. There will be a fitness club located on the top floor, which will be combined with a green garden on the roof. The author of the design is the Polish Quadra in cooperation with the Hungarian BH Épitész Studio Kft. The multifunctional MUNDO centre is to be opened in 2013. www.mundocenter.hu
