Located in France’s fourth city, Euralille will see a complete transformation to become the main shopping destination in the Lille region.
Unibail-Rodamco has invested €48m in a renovation to create a stronger
commercial offer and the implemention of 4-star services, for an improved customer experience. The new Euralille will be inaugurated in Spring 2015.
The design of the renovation was entrusted to Saguez & Partner. The renovation will be about three main ideas: light, comfort and fluidity.
It is a new page of history for the biggest shopping centre in the region. Its excellent accessibility makes it already one of the main shopping destinations in the North region with 12m visitors each year.
This renovation aims at confirming the attractiveness of Euralille which will enrich its commercial offer to build on the recent signings of of Hollister, Lego Store, New Yorker and Hema.
