The COEUR DE VILLE project is located in Grigny, about 24 km to the South of Paris. It will represent a major urban redevelopement opportunity for the town thanks to the creation of a new neighborhood which includes retail, housing, leisure and restaurants. 38,000 sqm GLA of retail, 450 apartments, 1,350 public parking spaces and a multiplex cinema. The centre will be planned and built with a BREEAM environmental certification in mind.
