Located at the exit Valence-South of the A7 highway, the project will be built over 7 hectares of fully restructured land. The scheme includes shops, restaurants and leisure activities totaling approximately 34,000 sqm GLA. A hotel, a senior residence and an important housing program will further complement the project. The creation of an islet, surrounded by shops, will form a new area creating an extension of a major avenue. Parking will be both hidden below ground and located outside.
