SOLINGEN SHOPPING CENTRE, an innovative shopping centre, is developed by a joint-venture between MAB Development (50%) and Sonae Sierra (50%). With 28.000 sqm of GLA, the shopping centre will have a tenant mix of known international and national brands as well as local vendors, serving a catchment area between the cities of Wüppertal, Düsseldorf and Cologne, comprising 270.000 inhabitants.
