TKD Nordeuropa, a subsidiary of TK Development, will build the planned shopping centre in Esbjerg in cooperation with DAB Ejendomsudvikling A/S. The centre will house about 70 shops, and leases have been signed for more than half of the sites. The centre has already attracted brands such as H&M, Kvickly, and the Swedish fashion player Gina Tricot. Construction is due to begin in the autumn of 2011 and the centre will open in 2013.
