Magnolia Park is the largest retail and entertainment centre in Lower Silesia opened on 25 October 2007, with current GLA of 67,395 sqm, to be extended to 77,595 sqm in Q1 2012, with further development in planning. Its tenants include over 230 stores and Wrocław’s only 5D cinema. Diverse and attractive tenant portfolio, convenient access by car and by public transportation, as well as proximity of some of Wrocław’s largest housing districts make the mall a perfect place for the residents of Wrocław and the entire Lower Silesia to meet, shop, eat and have fun. The Magnolia Park expansion process began in March 2011, consisting of two simultaneous phases. Within the first phase, the shopping centre was enlarged by 869 sqm. A total of 1,728 sqm was leased by H&M, the international fashion brand offering fashion and accessories for women, men, teens and children. The highly anticipated two-storey H&M shop opened on 21 October 2011. The second phase entails the construction of an additional 10,200 sqm in the south-eastern part of the scheme, where the Castorama DIY store will be located. A rooftop car park offering approximately 500 spaces is also being added. Construction of this phase is well underway and will be completed in Q1 2012. As for the third phase of expansion detailed plans will be announced at MAPIC, with construction works to be completed by the end of 2013. King’s Street Retail currently includes three shopping centres with over 130,000 sqm of retail space – Magnolia Park in Wrocław, Galeria Twierdza in Kłodzko and Galeria Twierdza in Zamość.
