City Arena will be located directly in downtown of Trnava city and will be accessible from frequently used pedestrian streets. During the construction of the City Arena, football stadium will be refurbished as well. The project will provide app. 22 000 sqm of GLA, with 90 retail units and restaurants over 2 floors. With a prominent downtown location it is considered to become a prime project in a region.
