Nova Park is located in Gorzow Wielkopolski, the capital of Lubuskie province, an attractive region with a low density of retail space. The project is presented by Caelum Development and produced in cooperation with Futureal, a Hungarian developer. Nova Park will be the largest shopping centre in Lubuskie province with 150 shops on 32,433 m2 GLA. Brands such as H&M, MK Bowling, Intersport, KFC, Piotr & Paweł, C&A, Deichmann, and Apart, which have so far been absent from this market, have confirmed they will locate in this new shopping centre. There will be 910 parking spaces and the centre is served by several bus lines. It is scheduled to open in the last quarter of 2012.
