On June 30th, 2010, the joint-stock company Carré Jaude 2 signed the purchase in future statement of completion near the joint-stock company Carré Jaude, Eiffage Group, concerning the acquisition of a Shopping center and a private car park with custom public including:
7230 m ² GLA of shops and services
6100 m ² GLA of average specialized units the whole on a total surface GLA of 13330 m²
400 locations of car park on two levels, 7 Cinemas
Work started in August 2010 and will finish on November 2013.
