Project of urban development initiated by the City of Lille, in the southern outskirts of Lille, along the A1/A25 highway and close to the Porte des Postes metro station. It will include a 3-storey shopping centre anchored by a 5.000 Leclerc hypermarket, 4.800 sqm of offices and a 100-120 room 3-star hotel.
