Respublika Mixed-use Complex is a novel conceptual solution of a real estate project in Ukraine. It is located on Kiltseva Doroha, Kyiv’s biggest traffic road, which allows getting to it within the shortest time not only from any point within Kyiv but also from other regions of Ukraine. The project is unique because of its scale and extensive infrastructure: the future complex will surpass the size of the largest facilities currently in operation in Ukraine.
The shopping and entertainment mall will include:
∙ hypermarket Auchan;
∙ more than 435 stores;
∙ 50 restaurants and cafes;
∙ 30% of new brands;
∙ the first indoor family amusement park in Ukraine with an area of 22,835 thousand m2.
The family amusement park will comprise:
∙ the first indoor coaster in Ukraine with a length of 500 m;
∙ skydiving wind tunnel 3.6 m in diameter;
∙ drop tower – 18 m;
∙ fairy wheel 18 m in diameter (the height of a 6-floor building);
∙ skating rink;
∙ rollerdrome;
∙ concert stage.
