“ZELENOPARK” (Zelenograd, Moscow region)
The project is located on 74 ha land plot 17 km off MKAD, at the entrance to the city of Zelenograd (appr.300’000 citizens). It has direct vehicular access from existing Leningradkoye shosse and the would -be Moscow – St. Petersburg highway (M11) (completion scheduled for 2014).
The SEC “Zelenopark” will have one level, GBA – 140’000 sqm;n GLA – 110’000 sqm.
Construction permit is received, construction is underway (General Contractor – Ranaissance Construction).
Opening is scheduled for Q4 of 2014.

The shopping gallery will have about 230 stores. PLAs/BTSs are signed with the following tenants: INDITEX group, H&M, Uniqlo, LPP(Reserved, House, Mohito, Cropp Town), Snow Queen, Kiabi, O’stin, L’etoile, Rive Gauche, Mango, Incity, Marks&Spencer, TAKKO, Deichmann, Adidas group and others.
