Unibail Rodamco chose the Architects Vicens y Ramos who designed a spectacular landmark, inspired by Miró, with organic shapes and volumes, pure white colours and spectacular storefronts.
The promenades, designed by Saguez & Partners, will incorporate quality and comfortable materials in a Mallorquin spirit.
More than 10m visitors per year are expected by the end of 2016 to benefit from this unique retail place, completed by a full leisure offer, including an open-air dinning plaza, a fresh food delimarket and a 6,000-sq m 12-screen cinema.
