This commercial and leisure centre (190.000 sqm) is located next to the Barajas Airport and at the intersection of the N-II and the M40. The entertainment area (about 20.000 sqm) includes a 13-screen Yelmo multiplex, the largest bowling in the country (32 lanes, 3.200 sqm - now closed), a 4.500 sqm spa (02 Welness) and a indoor-outdoor karting circuit (now closed). Riofisa sold it to Santander Real Estate for 275 M € in September 2005. Santander had to sell it to Orion Capital Managers in May 2009 for 235 M € (although it is valued to 319 M €). Klepierre acquired it for 375 M€ in 2015. Bauhaus opened end 2015 a 16.000 sqm megastore right next to the shopping centre. Leroy Merlin will open on 11.000 sqm in the same area in 2016.
