This two storey shopping centre is now the largest one in Rome. It is located by the expressway between Roma and l'Aquila. Main anchors : Panorama hypermarket (15.000 sqm), a 6.000 sqm Pathé multiplex cinema (12 screens, 2500 seats authorized in June 2005) and several medium-sized stores (Scarpe & Scarpe, Piazza Italia, Cisalfa Sport, H&M, Zara...)as well as the first Apple store in continental Europe. As scheduled the PAM group sold it to ING Real Estate (in a 50/50 joint venture with GIC - Government of Singapore Investment Corporation) in January 2008. In June 2014, GIC acquired the 50% stake owned by ING for about 200 M €.
