One of the largest projects developed in Rome. The 97.000 sqm, two-storey shopping centre is anchored by a 25.000 sqm Auchan hypermarket, Ikea (inaugurated in June 2005), Media World, Leroy Merlin.... Developers/investors : Porta di Roma srl (Gruppo Parnasi 50%/ Lamaro 50%)/Gallerie Commerciali Italia. Allianz and Corio acquired the shopping arcade (but the hypermarket) for 440 M € in May 2010. The shopping centre is open every sunday.
