- Located in Getafe, in the southern outskirts of Madrid, this 2- storey shopping centre is anchored by a 15000 sqm Alcampo hypermarket. It was one of the first shopping centre to open in Madrid's connurbation. It was first extended in 1998 by some 5.700 sqm. Its second extension of some 20.000 sqm was inaugurated in September 2006. In February 2014, Vastned sold it along 7 other Spanish shopping centres to Baupost Group (Green Oak and Grupo Lar) for some 160 M €.
