Valecenter / Marcon Carrefour

Valencenter Srl sold this shopping centre anchored by a 10.000 sqm Carrefour hypermarket to Sonae Sierra in April 2005. It is completed by a 11.700 sqm entertainment centre anchored by a 12-screen UCI cinema multiplex. The first phase of its remodelling was completed end 2006, adding some 14 new shops on the former Castorama area including Euronics. The second phase was completed in 2008. Total investment : 18 M Euros. The centre which now exceeds 60.000 sqm GLA saw the arrivals of many international fashion brands including Zara (and the other Inditex brands), Guess, Un Jour Ailleurs... and more recently Hollister. End 2013, Sierra Fund sold it along with Airone for 144 M € to Blackstone. Since 2014, it benefits from a direct access on the Tangenziale.
