- The Osowa Shopping Centre is located on the ring road around the tri city area. Since its opening in November 1998, there has been some changes to the mix of retailers with new shops opening. However, with 4.7 million clients visiting the centre every year make it an enjoyable shopping experience. Real took over the hypermarket operation from Geant and later Auchan took over Real> Carpathian Asset Management Limited/IVG Institutional Funds sold it to Pradera in May 2011 for 22 M €.
