- The 4-storey Manhattan Shopping Centre is located right on the very busy high street, ul Grunwaldzka. It's on the even numbered side of the street, which has the higher foot traffic and will be easily access by car as well as public transport. It includes international brands positioned on a middle range : H&M, C&A, Pepco....... H&M opened there its first store in the tri city region on 2.200m2. But this centre has suffered the most when Galeria Baltycka opened. Initially Albert was the supermarket, then it was Carrefour and now it's Piotr i Paweł. It was remodelled to accomodate new anchors like Charles Vögele or KappAhl as well as a 830 sqm public library "Mediateka" at the second floor. Owner : APN Poland Retail Fund.
