- This was the first shopping centre developed by Norwegian company called Polinvest in Poland, now it's owned by PBW. Klif Shopping Centre is located south, some 4 kms from the city centre of Gdynia, with easy access by car and public transport. Klif Shopping Centre is anchored by a Piotr i Pawel (formerly Bomi and Alma) supermarket and some 100 retail units offering a high to medium standard of retailers and services. This retail mix and the ability to bring in most of the big name retailers, has been its success since its opening in 1996. H&M opened their store in 2004. Sephora took over Olimp Perfumes. The extension which added a further 10 000 m2 to the GLA and 60 new stores opened in May 2009. Investor : AEW Europe (PBW Real Estate Fund).
