Riviera is in fact the remodelling/extension of the Wzgórze Shopping Centre which consisted of a Real hypermarket and a shopping arcade of some 40 shops. The extension added some 180 shops and restaurants, including 18 medium-size stores. The centre now reachs 68.000 sqm GLA, with nearly 250 shops and is called Riviera. Auchan took over the Real hypermarket. Developer : Mayland Real Estate Investor : Union Investment Real Estate acquired Riviera from Foncière Euris for 291 M€ in 2015.
