Wars Sawa & Junior

Centrum Handlowy Wars-Sawa was more of a department store than a shopping centre. In recent time the centre had a face lift and offered a mix of well known fashion labels. H&M opened almost 3.000 m2 on the corner of ul.Marszalkowska and al.Jerozolimskie in 2003. There were also other well known retailers within this centre, like Mexx, River Island, Wallis, Timberland and so on. In 2004 C&A opened right next to H&M. Dom Towarowy Junior is the next centre along ul. Marszalkowski. In 2006, ING Real Estate acquired 50% of the scheme from Eastbridge Group. The War Sawa department store was remodelled to accomodate Marks & Spencer, TK Maxx (both on 4.000 sqm) and Reserved (2.400 sqm). The former Reserved store in Junior (about 1.000 sqm) was refurbished to accomodate Cropp and House. The remodelling was completed in October 2010. In March 2011, ING Real Estate acquired the remaining 50% stake for 76 M €. In 2018 Atrium acquired the scheme for 301,5 M €.
