King Cross Praga

This King Cross centre over the years has been a success story in the area of Warsaw, with retailers being "happy" with their store performances. This is due to a lack of other centres that would compete within the catchment area, with the exception of Promanada phase 1,2 and 3 (in march 2005).When the centre did the extension it made the Geant hypermarket (then Real, now Auchan) larger and created more retail space for companies like Sephora which opened in May 2003. Euro RTV AGD replaced Giacomelli end 2003. In November 2006, ING acquired the shopping arcade (6.500 sqm) for 40 M Euros and sold it several years later to Radcliffe. In 2019, Atrium European Real Estate acquired it.
