Atrium Reduta

Reduta Shopping Centre was extended with a second phase in 2004. Reserved or H & M are some of the retailers that have opened in the extension. The extension added 11.000 m2 GLA and another 65 retail units. Reduta is a successful shopping centre anchored by a 18000 m2 Carrefour hypermarket, in the first 3 years, 25,000,000 clients visited this centre. Decathlon occupies a 3.300 stand alone store right next the shopping centre. Investors : Atrium European Real Estate (since 2005). The Centre is now called Atrium Reduta. A new food court and a 4.300 sqm extension (including a 6-screen Cinema 3D and a fitness club) were completed in 2018.
Centrum handlowe Reduta będzie rozbudowane drugą fazą, której otwarcie 27/10/2004. Sieci takie jak Reserved wynajmą 650 m2, H & M 1800 m2 na dwóch poziomach. Są to tylko dwa przykłady sieci, które już otworzy się w nowej części Reduty. Rozbudowa powiększy to centrum handlowe o 11 000 m2 (GLA) i o dodatkowych 65 sklepów. Reduta to bardzo dobre centrum handlowe z hiprmarketem Carrefour o powierzchni 18000 m2 i 25000000 klientów, którzy odwiedzili je przez pierwsze trzy lata. Obok Reduty jako wolnostojący budynek, Decathlon otworzył w dniu 7/05/2003, swój drugi sklep w Warszawie o powierzchni ok. 3300 m2.
