The Millennium Plaza (previously known as the Reform Plaza) is a mix of retail and office space, with a total GLA of 57 250 on 28 floors. The retailers are based from the -1 level to +4 level (6 levels in total), with most of the avaliable space empty. The retailers that were there in the early days have all left and slowly new retailers are taking there spaces, however, it's still very empty!!!!
