Galeria Mokotow

The second phase of Galeria Mokotow was opened on the 9th of October 2002. Which gave Galeria Mokotow a total of 240 retail units, 2600 parking units and a total GLA of 60000 m2.. The second phase added 67 new retailers to the already rich assortment of retailers now on offer. In a troubled market place Galeria Mokotow had no problem in filling all available units, in fact they had to turn away retailers, that were knocking at their door. The Hypernova was taken over by Carrefour. In 2011, Unibail Rodamco, already owner of 50% of Galeria Mokotow acquired the remaining 50% stakes from GTC for 237,5 M €. A 5.000 sqm extension and the remodelling of the food court are under way.
Druga faza Galerii Mokotów została otwarta 9 października 2002r. Łącznie z pierwszą fazą centrum handlowe Galeria Mokotów ma 240 sklepów, 2600 miejsc parkingowych, a całkowita powierzchnia do wynajęcia wynosi 60000 m2.Druga faza rozszerzyła istniejącą wcześniej bogatą ofertę o 67 nowych sklepów. W trudnych czasach dla rozwoju centrów handlowych Galeria Mokotów nie miała problemów z wynajęciem nowej powierzchni, a nawet liczba chętnych najemców przewyższała liczbę wolnych powierzchni. Rodamco Europe jest teraz właścicielem 50% Galerii Mokotów. Z dnia 15/04/2005 Hypernova zmieniło nazwe na Albert, ale teraz jest Carrefour.
