It was the very first "true" Factory Outlet centre to open in Poland, December 2002. A first extension added a further 4.320 sqm GLA (34 new shops) to the existing outlet and opened in May 2006. A new extension was completed in September 2015 (6.000 sqm 30 shops).The parking was also extended (+ 250 parking places) to a total of approx. 1000 places. It is now the largest factory outlet in Poland. It will be completed by 2020 by the Futura Park retail park, which will accomodate 12 stores on 9.000 sqm.
