Serenada Shopping Centre

The former "Osla Mall" is now developed by Mayland Real Estate under the new name of "Serenada". The 42.000 sqm, two-level shopping centre will be anchored by a supermarket and two medium-sized stores (electronics and sports). It is located in the "Olsza" district along the main road linking the Old Town to the industrial city “Nowa Huta”. It is adjacent to the existing Krokus mall. It will accomodate the largest food court of the region (2.200 sqm). NEPI Rockcastle is to buy the two shopping centres from Mayland and create an extension linking them.
