- This was the first Centrum Handlowe Tulipan shopping centre in Łódź, where most retailers went to test the Łódź market. (Łódź has the second largest population in Poland.) Some retailers went only with one store, others went into both Apsys locations. As they are on opposite sides of Łódź and ul. Piotrkowska being a divider between the locations. This centre has some 5 M clients per year and other Pasaż Łódzki has 4 M. Komfort, Abra Meble and Jysk opened in 12/2008 from m2 gained from the reduction of Real. In 2010, the shopping centre was acquired by Pradera. Management : Aspys.
