Manufaktura is located near Piotrkowska Street, the main high street of Łódź. It accomodates a 12.000 sqm auchan Hypermarket (previously Geant then Real), 40 medium-sized stores ( Leroy Merlin, Deichmann, Reserved, RTV Euro AG, ...) and 306 shops. It also includes a 15-screen cinema (Cinema City with an Imax 3D cinema, the first in Łódź), 3 museums, two night-clubs, one hotel and an entertainment park (5.200 sqm). Investors : Apsys/Foncière Euris/Rallye/Leroy Merlin/Cinema City. In July 2012 Union Investement acquired 91.240 sqm of the shopping centre (the Apsys/Foncière Euris/ Rallye part), Leroy Merlin and Cinema City keeping the ownership of their units. In 2016, TK Maxx is to open a 2.300 sqm store.
