The shopping centre is situated in the southern part of Łódź, some 8 km far from the city centre. The shopping centre was developed on a single level in a triangular shape between a 33.000 sqm Ikea store and Leroy Merlin, while the basement is fully occupied by the parking lot. It includes 7.000 sqm of entertainment area. Two new tram stations service Port Lodz. The Ikea store opened Nov.28th 2009 before the shopping centre which openned on the 24th of March 2010.
