Franowo Shopping Park

Franowo Park Handlowy is located in the southern outskirts of Poznan, (about 4 km far from the centre) and benefits of a connection by tram to the city centre. It is anchored by Ikea, Obi and Decathlon. The former mega-extension project "Bulwary Poznanskie" (71.500 sqm +40.000 sqm) was put on hold for a time. The project was relaunched in 2012 with the creation of a 14.000 sqm strip mall inaugurated Autumn 2013 with new anchors like Jysk, Jula, RTV Euro AGD or Smyk. In 2017 it was completed by a 7.500 sqm shopping arcade called "Centrum Franowo" accomodating about 30 stores, including Piotr i Pawel, Martes Sports.
