Since this centre was first built and opened in early 1994 there has been 2 other phases added onto the centre giving it an impressive 30.000m2 GLA. The first phase was a classic shopping arcade anchored by an Intermarche supermarket. The second and third phases of construction was mostly dedicated to furniture and decoration stores. Leroy Merlin opened right next to it in 2003. The centre has been been recently renovated and extended. The 3 buildings are now linked under one single roof. Investors : Akron/Group Capital Park.
