Borek Centrum Handlowe

Borek Centrum Handlowe is within a densely populated area of Wrocław with trams and bus stops right in front of the centre. Even though the parking is relatively small for a centre of this size, shoppers quite often come by foot or public transport. In this section of Wrocław there's no real competition, with Bielany Centre to the south and other centres within the city centre. The success of this centre is its positioning in Wrocław and any units made vacant by retailers are soon taken up by others waiting in line. Simon Ivanhoé sold it (but the hypermarket) to Macquarie Global Property Advisors (now Charter Hall) in January 2007. Charter Hall sold Borek along with 4 other centres to Tristan Capital Partners in September 2013.
