- The Gaj Shopping Centre is very well positioned within a heavily populated area of Wrocław called, "Gaj". What is on offer is low to very low fashion and service retailing made up of mainly local trades. Each has a "box" from 4-10 m2 selling there goods, beyond it's positioning and that there is no real competition nearby, the Gaj Shopping Centre is of little retail value to international retailers.
