- The biggest, new generation regional shopping & entertainment complex in Wrocław called Magnolia Park (previously called Galeria Legnicka). It is located to the west of the city.The second phase was scheduled to be built at a later stage, but due to the interest in the project, the investor has decided to do the +1 level inaugurated in October 2007. Redis sold its 10.1% stake to Octavia Fund in 2010. Octavia and Manchester Securities sold Magnolia in August 2011 to Blackstone for around 130 M €. A new extension of 23.000 sqm accomodates a 10.000 sqm Castorama store and a 870 sqm H&M store (opened in Oct 2011). 500 new parking units were added. Residential, offices and hotel development around the centre are also scheduled. A third phase of 20.000 sqm opened may 2015. In 2017 Blackstone sold Magnolia Park to Union Investment Real Estate.
