- This project consists in redeveloping the former Swiebodzki train station into a shopping and entertainment centre. It also includes a 4 ha plot next to it. An hotel, an art centre and an extension of the Teatr Polski are also planned. A new train station will be built in the vicinity. Developer : XCity /PKP. 3 investors were shorlisted in 2014. Archicom Invest was selected for futher negociations in March 2015.
