- This is a small centre within a very densily populated area of Wrocław among high rise flats. On this side of Wrocław there's no real comptition and the tennant mix is already looking like a little pearl. Althought it's limited to mainly service retailing, there's some interest by shoe, cosmetic, jewlers and home electrical goods, the fashion is not really there. But as Piotr and Paweł is the supermarket, then there is always a guarantee of foot traffic and quality products and service.
