- Located next to the A150, this shopping centre is the dominant hub on the right bank. The Carrefour hypermarket, with its shopping arcade of nearly sixty stores, is surrounded by a broad range of middle-sized stores (including Decathlon, Castorama, Kiabi, Darty, But, Gemo, Flunch, Picard, Roche Bobois, etc.) which help to make it the largest commercial complex on the outskirts of Rouen (see Zone du Mesnil Roux).
