- Located near the Holland Spoor Railway Station, this 3-storey shopping arcade is mostly dedicated to housewares. It is completed by a entertainment centre (including a cinema multiplex and a discotheque) which was also developed by Volker Wessels Vastgoed for HFS. ING Real Estate acquired it in 2008 from HFS for 135 M €. It sold it in 2015 to Meijer Realty Partners for 66 M €.
