This shopping arcade is located on the former horse race track. It creates a new town centre for the population of Nootdorp which should increase from 9000 to 30.000 in the coming years. Multi managed it from 2014 and revitalized Parade in 2016. In 2017, Blackstone sold Parade to Real IS for 53,4 M €.
