  • The Espace Saint Quentin shopping centre was integrated from the start into the Saint Quentin en Yvelines new town project, for which it is the town centre. Its originality owes to its doubled structure : a traditional shopping centre including a Carrefour hypermarket (extended of 5.000 sqm in 2002) and a shopping arcade (with a new top floor), plus shops at the ground level of buildings on pedestrian streets, under the open sky. It comprises some 130 stores including several medium-sized stores: Darty, C&A, Go Sport, H&M and many restaurants meeting the needs of the numerous employees of the area. Following the opening of SQY Ouest entertainment centre, the former cinema was remodelled to accomodate new shops. In 2010, Hammerson sold a 75% interest to Allianz Real Estate in the shopping centre. Hammerson and Codic acquired SQY in 2011. After giving up the "Carré Privé" fashion outlet project, SQY is now treated as an extension of the shopping centre.
  • Espace Saint Quentin a été intégré dès l'origine dans le projet de ville nouvelle de Saint Quentin, dont il incarne le centre ville. Son originalité réside dans sa structure double : un centre commercial classique comprenant un hypermarché Carrefour (aggrandi de 5.000 M2 en 2002) et une galerie marchande couverte (avec un nouveau niveau), complétée par des boutiques le long des rues piétonnes, à ciel ouvert. Il comprend 130 magasins dont plusieurs MS : Darty, C&A, Go Sport, H&M et un important pôle de restauration qui répond aux attentes des nombreux actifs du secteur. Suite à l'ouverture de QSY Ouest, l'ex cinéma a été restructuré pour accueillir de nouvelles enseignes. En 2010, Allianz Real Estate a acquis 75% des parts du centre auprès de Hammerson. En 2011, Hammerson et Codic ont acquis SQY. Après que le projet de fashion outlet "Carré Privé" ait été abandonné, SQY est desormais traité comme une extension "classique" du centre existant.
